Hello folks, Through a series of (extremely) unfortunate events, I ended up at the helm of a dental lab in 2020 after our partner left us and took all remaining employees in the process. I would've shut down the operation considering I know jackshit about the business but I can't afford to due to financial constraints. After a lot of struggle and a few lucky hires, we're somewhat rolling again but I have no idea where to go from here (I can just handle the business side of things, not the actual technical stuff). Given the circumstances, I desperately need any form of knowledge/education to get a handle on this business without the luxury of extended time commitments. So I'm hoping a member here can let me kinda 'shadow' them at their lab for a couple of days. I just need to observe, maybe ask a few questions at the end of the day. If you know anyone I could contact, that'd be good too. I live in India but will be in the US from the 24th till 30th of this month, in Austin but I'm open to traveling to other nearby cities if need be. Any help would be appreciated. Really desperate at this point and online learning ain't cutting it.
