    Hi all!
I'm a beginner user of exocad.
Yesterday I downloaded many implant libraries from the internet. There are were many implant systems. I copy them to library/implant. But I can't save all implant. Only top part. I can't save those sdfa titan base files in stl format. What i need to do? Draw abutment in Blender?

Now my library includes not many systems.

    Help me please
    Sorry for my english:)

Are you wanting to mill solid titanium abutments?

Yes I need to mill solid titan abutments

    What CAM you using?

I mill abutments and bars all day long. Frenchy also can do this.

So....now you know how to get correct file from exocad.

But, in CAM.....you need ANOTHER library for the bottom to have correct geometry to CNC mill.

    Why, you ask?

Well....because many corner need radius applied.
Nobody know what radius, because we do not know what size tools you will be using.

We make a few small changed to CAD file of bottom geometry and replace in our CAM software.

Maybe i don't understand you. When I create an implant, use that library that you provide at last step i have only top part. When I'm using a library that i draw(stl files) i can save all parts of abutment : top and bottom. Tommorow I can show you what i mean. I'm from Russia thats why it is difficult to understand all your mind. Sorry me:)

I think you are trying to design solid titanium abutments using hybrid library. That is why the bottom geometry doesn't show up when you are finished designing. Private mail sent.

Hi everything, somebody can prompt to me, where to take library under the BEGO Semados system for production wholly titanic abatment? And hybrid abatment?

Yes they have only for 3shape, I don't know exact geometry of the interface unfortunately.

ZZ has Ti bases only, no solid abutment solutions.

Indeed, all this doesn't approach, I have checked these places before asking a question at a forum.

К сожалению, Bego имплантаты не пользуются популярностью в США, и я не знаю, если какие-либо фрезерные центры имеет библиотеку для этux имплантатов. Попробуйте связаться с BEGO по электронной почте и посмотреть, что они говорят

Many thanks, alphadental, you have very much helped me, it not absolutely the fact that I wanted since I will need to use original Ti of base for hybrid abatment, but it already a half of a problem removes that I will be able to do wholly titanic abatment, still races Thank you for the help.

Whether it is possible to open any 3d editor the file of library. SDFA? Or it is the ciphered STL and it is better to forget about it? It is necessary to add to library original Ti base...
