milled wax

    some milled wax TK s i hate to make them analog scanned with DS EX Pro milled with Imes 250 i so what is the difference btw the two pics . Pic one they fall down no friction pic two they need some smooth force to go down . And how many microns difference we have btw gap 1 and 2 what do you think ?????

    Question is only about microns? I think 0.02-0.04mm.

    0,005 mm or 5 micron

    How did you measure?
    If you want a tolerance of less than 0.005 mm, then I think that the 250i is not a very good machine for this. I am not sure that such machines and tools exist.

    the gap between round 1 and 2 was 5 micron difference the problem is more to get consistent scan vs scanspray results

    DS EX Pro - Accuracy ≤10μm. And then I think marketers give inflated values in ideal conditions. Also, I have not heard about the accuracy that you want from optics in general.
    Did you try Renishaw DS10?

    no i have not so much teleskopes to buy a DS 10 ill checked the repeatabillity with different sprays even with some "3 micron" spray but either i have a crap bottle its not possible to get repeatable real thinn layers . I dont care about marketers ill check repetability with GOM . and the same teleskopes sprayed and scanned a few times with different sprays standard devitation is around 10 micron if you scan the same twice around 2 micron which is ok but 10 is to much.

    its a control software like Geomagic Control
