Ive had mine for a year now and I love it. I have the changer as well. Works like a charm

  3. the feedback is really good !!! ......:. and also seems to be a fairly accurate system and fast milling. perhaps one of the fastest this range !!!!

we've got two with changers. there are frequent maintenance issues, more with one than the other. Mostly related to disk change and tool measurement. 90% of the time these mills are great, but it's a bummer when you come in in the morning and only the first disk milled...

    I hear same exact thing.

    Issues with the disk changers.

    Cheap tool-measurement device.

  7. I confess that initially the extra autoloader for me was one of the extra machine best but if you say that it gives problems I was already disappointed ........... my question would be between Roland dwx51 and Wieland !! !!!

to me the real flaw is in dust extraction. the tool measurer get dust down in and under it, the disk transfer system get screwed up when clogged with dust. We clean the entire machine daily but if we run too many disks overnight it can mess up because of the dust build up.

dust extraction in the back of the chamber, 8 inches away from the bur doesn't make much sense to me.
  9. joe already thank you for sharing all this .... for those who will make an investment of these is very important ..... but tell me one thing the machine, for example, how long it takes the machine to set the cutting strategy for Zirconia full contour, and milling it ......... did you buy another wieland again?!

it doesn't take long to set up and calculate a program. a single unit might take 30 seconds to set up and calculate and about 8-10 minutes to mill. The cam program is easy to use and, when the mills work, they're fast with nice results.
  11. Joe is true I have been very excited about these tools and machine milling speeds beyond terms all thought Cam program and prepared by Wieland, they knew how to build a very competent and interesting machine for the range that is !!!!

it's quite poorly designed. as has been mentioned, the dust extraction is a joke. and that's being kind. complete failure in design. loader regularly has problems. our is pretty much unusable at only 3 years. feels like we replaced just about every part, but it's just about dead. only 2 disk slots are reliable, rest are causing massive problems. doesn't feel usable without a complete overhaul right now.

I use a vhf S1 ( without changer 9. It works perfect, like my K4 I used before an my K5 wich is also in use.
Do zirkon, pmma e.max and preforms with it. no problems at all.
i think very important is to keep the machine clean. ust is a killer - in every mill.
