Prepration guide

    I've never actually tinkered with this. But the way I would approach this is as follows. Make a wax-up of the desired anatomy, and make a solid model out of that>make a splint then superimpose it on the original one and cut away the splint as if you were making windows on a surgical guide.

    Acctually i dont know how to cut off the exposured area of the splint,

    This has nothing to do with work ;)
    You should not waste time on this (as well as on DSD).
    For these purposes, use mock-up over the teeth.

    Actually i have designed mockup, but this on os so more useful so ivshould find a way to cut of some exposed area of jaw at mock up but i dont know i how,

    What's your issue with DSD?

    I think the easiest way is to print a mockup-model and make a thermoformed kappa. Then cut by hand.
    But, IMHO, this is pointless.

    I have no problem with DSD. After the release of Smile Creator ))
