    Hello,
2 days ago I saw blue dust around the models, after speaking with 3ds specialist I purged all the material out of the print head to the point that steam was coming out of the print head instead of material.
Yesterday I got worst results, the models were terrible.
here is the picture of it.

after reading the post I followed DMC advice to test print on paper and here what I got.

I checked umbilical fittings, they're tight, PH vacuum is 1.60.

Raise temps of jetstack to 99.
I do this by edit a file and reboot.

Otherwise you are limited to 90C

    Wait....purge....wait....purge.

You can try to wipe bottom of pro the ad with 95% or higher isopropyl alcohol as well.

I tried to raise temp in the file but still getting error after 97.
I tried to purge at 97 but no luck.

Clamp vacuum hoses....both of them going to printhead.

Click outflow purge and wait 10 seconds for pressure to build....then release left side clamp to purge only the blue part material.

Do you hear the beep and you get 50% jets?
What is your vacuum reading at idle state?
    1.6 to 1.8

    I have same manometer.

We have seen gasket move in printhead body and causing this.....but I doubt you have that.

Two different gaskets in the CNC milled Aluminum body "sandwich" shrink/expand and allow in air. We disassemble and correct gasket and re-assemble again.
But, usually you see dripping from sides during outflow purge if One of these is not sealing, and the vacuum pump may run extra almost never stopping.

We sometimes go down to 1.35 for vacuum for this Blue wax shit material. (I hate it)

Whatever the printer needs, you know?

Try as low as possible vacuum without dripping. If that does not cure it....then grab another printhead from Xerox ColorQube

We clean them in HOT oil and flush out Xerox Ink....then solder on missing pins...then throw it into 3d systems printer and then Bob's your Uncle.

I would not give up on that printhead so easy.
I would take it off and flush it out with Hot oil @ 150C...then try it again.
The Wax tends to separate during multiple heat cycles and over time.
It gets areas of non-uniform properties.
Almost needs a good ass-kicking frequently to mix-up the Wax and distribute ??
    Shake the cartridge/bottle?

Many people get a shit cartridge that maybe has been heated too long sitting in machine, or ??

About 6 month ago I had similar problem with the same printer and the reason was build umbilical fitting was loose. After tightening problem was solved.
Now I think like you said there is air leak somewhere in the printhead only don't know how to check and find it.

In the meantime I remember that it got worst after I purged material out of print head so like you said it might be some debris in the print head.
    I'm confused:)
Thank you man for all your help!!!

After replacing cartridge 2 weeks ago in the log file I saw cartridge read errors, could that cause this problem?

How often is vacuum pump chugging along?

Just a few clicks every 3 seconds or so??

    Or constant clicking?

That log just shows Second Support bottle (Right bottle) is not there at all....or just not able to read the rfid tag.
That's all. Nothing wrong that I see.

Some printers (printheads) are happier with more or less vacuum than the 1.6

    Don't ask me why! lol

We have some revision B printheads that like 1.3 and some that work best at 2.2

We do see some that are impossible to clean and just too many missing jets, so we just change the array-plate and be done with it.

They are cheap. Just a few hundred for a new printhead!

I have many of those motors new.
    With the blue pump.

Do you have voltage to the pump?

The MDM Pump....it makes both vacuum and pressure depending on status of LOMS

So....you change Part and Support Pump assembly to verify that pump unit is not working eh?

Or Just change motors? Something like that.

Could be a crappy LOMS? I have seen a LOT of bad LOMS in the 3500 MDM area.
You have both High and Low LOMS On at same time?
