I have had One on and off for the past Twenty years now. My favorite! They hold their value! Not too many cars from the 80s actually went up in value. Only less than a handful.
Good point. The 80's were a pretty bleak time for US cars. The mid to late 70's were pretty bad too. There are some great options out there now that will likely become future collectibles.
Just a little V6 from Buick..... waaaaay ahead of it's time from a technology stand-point. Buick had an Indy racing division! Seriously! This is what it evolved to produce in 1987.
What if we put an Indy motor in a car made for Grandpa? Hmmmmm.....? Mine is around 800-850hp on race gas.....600-650hp on pump gas. Still have A/C and smooth ride for Four adults. Stock engine with a few bolt-ons! Stock piston, heads, crank......stock rear-end all can take up to 850hp! WILD for a car from 1987! Still is today! NOT even a V8! Say, "What"? Only transmission needs to be pulled and a few parts swapped.
