Ti Milled Wedding Band

    Yes.

    A few times employee Brad did in Titanium.

    We also play with Anodizing with the rings.

    I am wearing One I cast in Palladium, but 3d printed the pattern.

    I was going to cast one for my son. He wants white metal where can I find stl. file for a plain band. I have some old wax patterns could I scan one.

    I 3d printed many sizes and choose One that was a little snug.
    Then cast.

    If CNC milling, then you really need to find out what size you want, and verify that the I.D. is truly what you think it should be.

    Otherwise, maybe failed experiment or pay Jeweler to fix your problem?

    I have cast a ton of them over the years never had anyone want white color.
    its my son I told him to saw off a piece galvanized pipe call it good. your ti bars come out sharp just a passing thought.

    I have a wedding band I designed in rhino, I milled it in wax, then hand carved 2 different Swiss mountains, extremely detailed, for a friends wedding band. Id post the file, but you would have to size the ring if it didnt fit.. not easy with Ti..

    Its a 10 1/2 size had him go get size. I haven't tried to find the ID measurements for that. I'm probably going to just cast in Gold Palladium
