   teamviewer much it much faster than typing.
   
   Takes too long to explain some things in text.
   
   I like phone and teamviewer for fastest response and solution/answers.
   
   Same with CAM support.
   
   Both CAD and CAM!
   
   time = money!

   I think your initial resellers training can be of the most importance. Then experience. Next would be here and exchanging ideas with your colleagues. Nothing as good as figuring it out yourself IMO.
